• Untoasted the bun was too light in colour and firm to touch. Texture was dense and possibly under proved.
• Not much fruit and there was no aroma of spice, even in the toasted bun. Flat round bun with a hard white cross piped cross that's coming off the toasted bun and unpleasant to eat. Texture is dry and hard with not much fruit. Spicy aroma, but lacking in taste.
• Dense bread texture untoasted; little aroma; slightly sour flavour.
• Toasts reasonably well but not very crunchy and little contrast as bun texture is quite dense; fruit unevenly distributed so affects flavour and texture balance; little aroma.
