• Lots of choc pieces, well distributed so good for flavour balance; texture a little dry but holds together well; mild aroma; little choc flavour.
• Toasts well but quite dry so better served with butter; aroma better when toasted; little choc flavour.
• Aroma was not so good, which is often the case with gluten-free. The addition of spices could help.
• Odd smell and there was an aftertaste at the back of the palate. Round plump bun with small chocolate chips. Very dry when fresh; a lot better toasted.
