• Texture quite heavy and dry untoasted; a slight burnt flavour.
• Toasts well; texture, aroma, flavour better once toasted. The bun was dry and firm to touch, with a low amount of fruit content.
• No spice present; better quality fruits could have improved flavour slightly.
• Texture was quite firm. Looks like a white bread roll with a few sultanas. Thin piped cross that's falling off and looks burned. Smells like burnt sultanas. Hard texture, slightly better when toasted, but lacking flavour.
